Parish meetings fall on the first Thursday of the month

with the exception of August when no meeting takes place.

Residents are invited and are encouraged to attend meetings and there is a 'Public Question Time' item on the agenda for questions to be asked and discussed.  Please ensure that questions are related to the responsibilities of the Parish Council, to see our responsibilities click the Our Responsibilities tab at the top of this page.  Although, residents can ask the Parish Council to contact local organisations (such as Medway Council or the Police) to receive updates or raise concerns about matters on behalf of residents.  If attending meetings by car, please park responsibly.  Unless otherwise publicly stated, this meeting is open to the public, however, there may be occasions during these meetings when certain confidential matters have to be discussed and the press and any public present are requested to leave.
