NP Regulation 16 Consultation

Hoo St Werburgh and Chattenden Neighbourhood Plan Regulation 16 consultation.

We have submitted our draft neighbourhood plan to Medway Council.

The plan sets out a vision for Hoo St. Werburgh and Chattenden by 2040 and policies for the sustainable development of our area.

The draft plan is supported by design guidelines and information on the consultation carried out in the development of the plan, and how the draft plan reflects national and local planning policy.

This Regulation 16 consultation is being run by Medway Council from Monday 8th January 2024 to Monday 19th February 2024.

You can view the consultation documents below.  You can view printed copies of the documents at Strood Community Hub and Hoo Library during normal working hours.  They will not be made available at Chatham Library due to an unforseen closure.

Copies of the neighbourhood planning documents will also not be displayed in Gun Wharf due to current building works.
