Parish Council Agendas

Please note:  while great care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of these documents, readers are advised that the formal documents are held by the Parish Clerk.  These can be requested and are available for inspection by prior arrangement.

The full Parish Council meeting is held on the first Thursday of the month, apart from August where there is a summer recess.  Meetings are held at the Jubilee Hall, Pottery Road, Hoo, Rochester, Kent, ME3 9BS and start at 7.00pm (and normally last a few hours).  Residents are invited and are encouraged to attend meetings and there is a 'Public Question Time' item on the agenda for questions to be asked and discussed.  Please ensure that questions are related to the responsibilities of the Parish Council, to see our responsibilities click the Our Responsibilities tab at the top of this page.  Although, residents can ask the Parish Council to contact local organisations (such as Medway Council or the Police) to receive updates or raise concerns about matters on behalf of residents.  If attending meetings by car, please park responsibly.  Unless otherwise publicly stated, this meeting is open to the public, however, there may be occasions during these meetings when certain confidential matters have to be discussed and the press and any public present are requested to leave.
