Meetings are held at the Jubilee Hall, Pottery Road, Hoo, Rochester, Kent, ME3 9BS and start at 19.30pm (and normally last a few hours). Residents are invited and are encouraged to attend meetings and there is a 'Public Question Time' item on the agenda for questions to be asked and discussed. Please ensure that questions are related to the responsibilities of the Parish Council, to see our responsibilities click the Our Responsibilities tab at the top of this page. Although, residents can ask the Parish Council to contact local organisations (such as Medway Council or the Police) to receive updates or raise concerns about matters on behalf of residents. If attending meetings by car, please park responsibly. Unless otherwise publicly stated, this meeting is open to the public, however, there may be occasions during these meetings when certain confidential matters have to be discussed and the press and any public present are requested to leave.
Below is a list of committees that can discuss and put forward recommendations to the monthly full council meeting.
